New member Finger Lakes NY

Hello and thank you for the add! Today my DW and I purchased a 2017 JayFeather 23RLSW and can't wait to get it next week! Added an EQ EQ 800# WDH/ Sway and a bike rack. Previously we had a Viking pop up and a JayFeather EXP17 hybrid, neither of which got much use due to work schedules. We are now both retired and plan on getting our $ worth from this unit. We purchased our TT from Johnston RV Country in Webster NY and had a very pleasant sales experience! I look forward to reading thru previous threads and contributing when appropriate.
I have never towed a unit this large and a bit anxious and can't wait to get it and see how it goes. I will be posting TV specs / questions in the appropriate forum.
Again, thanks for the add!
Joe

That's great and you've got those beautiful finger lakes to explore all summer and into fall and don't forget to buy some Grape Pies this October around Naples. I lived in Victor for many years and every fall we would hit Naples for those pies and enjoy that beautiful scenery and fresh squized apple cider.

Welcome to the flock

Welcome, we like to have members in great locations who have possible temporary camping spots. How close to Watkins Glen are you?

Safe travels.

Oh sorry we don't have room here in north Georgia for more than our trailer & tow vehicle, but we do have several wonderful state campgrounds.

Joe,

Congratulations and welcome.

We also purchased our FW from JohnstonRV in Webster and have been very pleased with the dealership.

Have fun camping and just take your time towing and you'll have no problem.

We are about 45 minutes from the Glen. that will probably be our first "shakedown" trip.
Love the (motorcycle) roads in GA, Cherohola et al!

Welcome to the forum from Newark! We bought out Jayco from Johnston's back in 2012.
