Just thought I would join in as I am a new member also. Picked up our new Jayflight 26RLS last Monday ! It is great ! We had a smaller Dutchmen before. Our dealer ( Runaway RV ) had installed a few options, slide topper, black tank flusher. Fantastic Fan (deluxe), and insulated-sealed the underbelly. Great dealer !

I have slide toppers and they are great. A couple of weeks ago we had a very windy night and I almost put my bed slide in because the topper was flapping in the wind and since it was right over my head.....
I went to sleep before I actually did it so I guess it wasn't too bad.

We didn't get the toppers with our new trailer. My brother-in-law has them on his Jayco and will be taking them off when he gets home in the spring. They make too much noise.

I didn't think about high wind when I had the slide topper installed. Hope fully that won't be a problem. This being our first trailer with a slide. What part of CA, Seann45 ?
