New member from Florida

We are new on the Jayco Owners site. We have a 2009 Eagle 314BHDS TT we recently upgraded from 21 ft Gulfstream. We travel with our 3 dogs, a Silky Terrier and 2 Bouvier des Flandres. Needless to say, the 21 Gulfstream was a little cramped with 3 dogs. We currently live in Beverly Hills, FL after living for 5 years in Nikiski, AK on the Kenai Peninsula. We miss Alaska and will be returning next year to spend the summer. This year we will spend a month or so in Ottawa, Canada for the births of new grand-babies. Wife is Canadian and her family is mostly in Ottawa. Looking forward to exploring the Jayco Owners site.

Congo Ratz on the new rig and welcome to the forum. As well, hello from Alaska. Eagle River here, with 10 acres in Sterling. We also have a Silky Terrier and a good old sprinter Husky wolf mix. Both are spoiled, the husky is defective (doesn't like going out in snow) and the Silky thinks he owns the bed.

Hello

We have some Friends in Sterling on Blexes Ave. Our 2 Bouviers are from Alaska and MISS romping in the snow. In Florida they experienced thunder and lightning for the first time in their lives. It sends them scurrying to hide under the bed (barely fit). In Florida they do appreciate a/c and ceiling fans. The Silky is from FL and just gets in the window and barks at the storms.
I miss the winter in Alaska. The lack of humidity keeps my arthritis from hurting. In FL it's so humid I hurt all the time. But they wife has decided we can only return to Alaska in the summertime. So, if I want to continue to be fed on time... I, like the dogs, must obey!
