Bought our 2020 jayfeather in 2019. Only camped 2 wknds in 2020. Made up for it in 2021. So glad we bought it. Sleeps 7 comfortably, with room for 2 more if we need it. The fridge holds 3 days of food for our horde. The a/c kept everyone happy in the 112° temps during the week of our daughter's wedding. Watertank holds enough for 7 days. Insulation and a great furnace kept us warm in March. It snowed and the lows were in the low 20s. A couple of small hiccups, but easily figured out. No issues with freezing. Are really enjoying it. Now that we're into the "extended warranty", I thought I would see what other owners are doing, when something needs repaired.

Welcome!

Unless it's something major or very expensive we try to avoid dealers and do any maintenance or repair work ourselves.

Ditto! I have extended warranty, but that will be for appliances and major issues. You will find it’s actually less stressful and empowering to just fix minor stuff. My dealer service department actually is very happy to walk me through self diagnosis too which is a huge help. Welcome from Whatcom County!
