Hi all - I jumped right in with a couple of problems I was working on but thought I'd introduce myself.
I am Greg and live in Monroe, La. Spent about 11 years in NV, moved back in 2011. My nickname has been gerg for as long as I can remember. Married 25 years, and have two daughters and one grand child.
We have a 2003 KiWi 18F hybrid, but unfortunately have never used it. We bought it and had the front half of the floor repaired and then it sat. My parents started hinting at borrowing it so I got out and started fixing all the stuff the repair shop screwed up. However, I have learned a TON - and thanks to all the feedback from this great forum. I guess in hind sight it was a good way to really learn all about the KiWi.
I have been a car nut my whole life. Restoring / building classic VWs and Corvairs. Air-cooled addiction I guess.
So far I have managed to make sure all systems / appliances work as new. I look forward to learning more and USING this thing when it comes back to us
