Smile New member in NY

Purchased our G2 31RKS at the end of August. It's a great floorplan for just the 2 of us. We are parking it fulltime (no tow vehicle) in order to spend the nice weather days near our grandchildren in upstate NY. Will be heading back to OK (and the rest of our grandchildren) soon for the winter. We moved from a popup to this TT and it is a first for us. We have only owned popups...Jayco and Fleetwood. We already have many questions and are learning our way around the unit. Hello to everyone. So glad to have found this forum.

Let me add my "Welcome to the forum"! I took the liberty of looking up your TT and floor plan, very nice. I'm sure you'll have years of enjoyable camping and visiting the grandkids with your new rig. Are you now shopping for a tow vehicle or do you already own one? If you're shopping you'll get some good advise here as to what each member has found from their own experiences over the years.

Jump in and ask whatever questions you may have, I'm sure someone will have an answer for you or, on rare occasions, will direct you to a place where you can find out what you need.

Again, welcome to the group!

No tow vehicle for now. We might keep the popup so we can still go on some trips up here in the NE. We have not seen much of Maine, MA, or NH and that would be the cheaper way to go. Plus, nothing like sleeping on your own mattresses! Thanks for all the nice welcoming messages.
