New members waiting for our Premier 361REQS

Just ordered our new rig. Traded in our 2010 Eagle 313rks which we loved. But for us this new floor plan is too good to pass up. More space, bigger fridge, fireplace.... Can't wait!
Do have a couple of questions. Our reserved space is only 30 amp which wasn't an issue before. But with the fireplace & convection microwave (which I've never had before) will the 30 amp be adequate?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it would be OK to plug in, but you would need to be conservative with what you use. I don't think you could run everything together. You would also need a 50 to 30amp dogbone.

We are also waiting for our Eagle Premier 361REQS to be built. We are told it is scheduled for the week of August 26.

Sailor
Ours is suppose to be ready end of August. Never thought we would get another rig much less order one. But you only live once.
We were a bit confused to learn that they no longer come in white with the ivory as an option. Ivory is now standard. No white. So it won't match the truck now. For a moment we looked at each other but decided it wasn't a deal breaker. They didn't tell us of the change & only noticed as we were signing papers.
Curious what sold you on that model?

We debated between the two models with the L shaped sofa. The quad slide design won out. We also were going to order white but found it had been discontinued. What was your decision process?

We were really considering the 351mkts but like you preferred the L shaped sofa. The kitchen in the 361 reqs won me over. Everyone says there is no perfect rig, but this is perfect for us. Looked at the front living in the Pinnacles, but didn't like the kitchen. And it's too heavy. This is definitely going to be more comfortable for guests.
So you knew about the color change when you ordered. That's good. All in all wouldn't have us from ordering anyway. Just disappointing..

Yes, just don't attempt to run both A/C's at the same time...., or one A/C and the Micro at the same time. Can't comment on the fireplace don't know how many amps it draws........., just get familiar with your FW breaker box location

Thanks Bob. I might inquire as to the availability of 50 amp sites. But sounds like we can work around it just being careful

Got our new coach a couple of weeks early. Only issue is the floor squeaks.
I did notice the shelf where a satellite receiver should go is too short, but we can move it down below to make it work.
And although the info on the brochure states a 12 volt plug in for cell phone charging is in the panel with the switches, it is actually in the cupboard designed for the receiver/DVD player.
Really like the layout, will be able to entertain without feeling claustrophobic.
DH is already howling about me stocking it. Says if these were the Pioneer days he'd be throwing my crap out all across the prairie.
Hey, my 'crap' enables me to cook and clean. So do you want to eat or push the coach.

Picked our Premier up June 28! Fire place spec. says 12 amps. I would not use it for heat and run the microwave at the same time. So far our only problem is the awning lighs have quit working. Obviously both A/C'S would be over 30 amps. Running elect water heater at the same time as anything like A/C or fire place might not be a good idea.
Had 30 amp on our old unit and had that happen more than once. It is easy to forget what you have on and turn on micro wave or elect heater! But you can get by if you are carefull!
