Thanks for the forum, it is a great help for those of us just starting out. We went to pick up our new camper on Saturday, but the hitch wouldn't go down on our trailer ball. The diagnosis was that the coupler was bent. This is a good dealer and in no way am I questioning their judgement. They said they would contact the factory for the best fix. My question is does the "guts" in the coupler come out to be replaced with a new one or does a new hitch have to be welded on?
