New Owner/Unit

Just traded in 2001 Jayco 21 feet on a 2010 Jayco G2 31RKS. Took it out for 9 days over Christmas to West Point Lake, Al. Loved the whole experience. Dealer was out with a bad back when I picked the unit up so did not get a walk through. So spent the first week out reading the manuals and figuring out how everthing works. Anyone else with experience with a unit like this?

Welcome to the Jayco Owners Forum Joe! Congrats on the new tt. Sounds like you had an educational maiden voyage!

Educational it was. Never dealt with snow before and almost forgot to put the awning in before it was covered. Won't make that mistake again. Thank goodness it is electric!

Wow! Campin' in the snow! You are brave (considering we only go to snow to play and we don't have to live there), I'm not sure I would want to pull a tt in freezing weather! LOL Any pics yet????

Welcome to the forum. We pick ours up on Tuesday and we are busy packing to move out of our Mountaineer.

First of all........ Welcome to the Forum!!!!
I really like the 31RKS layout! We have a 2007 25RKS and soon realized that we would like something a little bigger.
We are seriously looking at the 31RKS and the 322FKS.
Right now the 322FKS is leading the way.
There are a few threads here that you should review about "PDI's" or "Walk Through's" if you are not familiar with new delivery.
Simply search "PDI" or "Walk through" and you will find a few results that will give you a good idea what to look for during your inspection.
You already took the TT out and have a good idea of what needs to be reviewed/fixed, so I hope all goes well with the rest of your camping trips and your new TT!!!!!
