New owners

Hello everyone. Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am Brian. My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer. We spent last weekend camping with family and realized how much we both enjoyed it. Driving home from our camping trip on Sunday we stopped by a dealership and looked around. We pick up our 2012 Jayflight Swift 198RD tomorrow. My wife fell in love with the big windows at the back and it is the perfect size for the two of us. I look forward to learning a lot here.

Thank you both for the welcome. We pick it up tomorrow and are leaving straight from the dealership for our first trip. I will report back afterwards.

Have a great time with your new camper. Take a pencil/pen and paper along to write down everything you want to get for the camper.

Welcome! This will be our second season with our TT and we are loving the lifestyle and can hardly wait for spring camping to begin.

You chose a very nice little trailer for two people; especially if you can get a campsite with a view out the back!

Have a wonderful time with your 198RD !

Well picked her up today. During the walk through we noticed a crack in the fender. Dealer said it will be replaced under warranty. Once we got it back we noticed a crack in the corner trim on the driver side front. It looks like something cracked it. In addition, after filling the fresh water tank my monitor panel is still ready empty despite being full. Hopefully a call to the dealer will take care of these issues as well.
