New Pop Up Owners

Finally talked my wife into letting me get a starter camper/pop-up. Nothing fancy but so far I am stoked to take on this little project of getting her into really nice shape.

Our family grew up with pop-ups. Involve the kids in setup/take-down. They love to get to be the one to crank it, tuck in canvas, fold up hose, push wire back into storage (you plug/unplug). Lots of ways to get into and out of a campground faster and foster cooperation and can save mistakes when all know whats to be done. My kids still talk about camping or want to come with us.

Agreed, my 16 year old son and I just broke down and set her back up, explained to him that him and I are going to be the main ones putting and taking her down and in case I’m not there he knows how to do it. Will get the girls involved as well.
