New to Forum/Warranty work.

Glad to have found this forum, I’m sure it’ll be a great resource! We bought our 2017 WhiteHawk DSRL27 thru Camping World, all was great until warranty service work needed to be addressed. The lack of customer service follow up, same with service manager, duration of repair (1 month), 7 repair tickets, 1 recall on lights, couldnt beleive this. Jayco tech at home office did assist in contacting CW, but that was about it. I did follow up with CW & Jayco by email using evaluation document, never heard back from either group. I’ve heard the same from others regarding CW. I have warranty work (I feel) that needs to be addressed before March 2018, anyone know of other companies near Vancouver, WA/Portland, OR that honors Jayco warranty.
We both enjoy our trailer and feel it’s the perfect size for us, it’s been great.

Congratulations on your 27DSRL and welcome to JOF! We also owned a 2017 and loved it. We reluctantly traded it for a fifth wheel about a month ago as we plan to do more lengthy stays and some longer distances. Unfortunately not familiar with your area but there will people in your area that will chime in.

You need to contact JAYCO and ask who else in your area they work with.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new WhiteHawk. Sorry to hear you have been facing so many challenges. We have two CW locations in the greater Las Vegas valley. One is very responsive to questions and warranty work and the other is not. We had hydraulic stabilizers added to our MH by the responsive CW and have been happy with their service.

Regarding, other repair facilities in your area, follow Grumpy's recommendation. He is a wealth of knowledge and common sense. Hopefully, you will get the satisfaction you deserve.
