New to Jayco and Class A

We just upgraded from a Forest River Forester 3071 DS Class C to a Jayco Precept 36T. We live in Waukesha, WI, a suburb of Milwaukee.

Congratulations on your new lifestyle and welcome to the Jayco family. Just curious - did you buy your rig at Burlington RV? We attended the RV show in Milwaukee last January and closed the deal on ours with Burlington.

Yup. Burlington RV. They take great care of us. Eric is our sales person. We were using Jeff who is no longer there. Do you have the 36T also?

Jeff Kerber was our sales person and we had a very good experience with him. We have the 35S and so far it has performed to our expectation with one major exception which Jayco will be taking care of in the Spring. I'm sure you will do fine with Burlington since they are practically in your back yard. For us it's a 300 mile drive so we have dealt with Jayco Motorized CS for our warranty issues and they have been nothing short of phenomenal. I can't speak for all the other users on this forum but for us it's nice and refreshing to have a manufacturer like Jayco that stands behind their product. Good luck and have fun with your new rig.
