New to Jayco Forum

Hi, I just placed a message over in the general area as I didn't read the welcome message sent to me first.
So, here I am new to the Jayco forum at least I think I am, as I had a Jayco fifth wheel back in 2001 or 2002. I went to the Florida RV show and looked at numerous travel trailers as we were thinking of downsizing from our current 37 ft. Cedar Creek. Maintenance and just the size of the rig has gotten to be a bit much, and now we have put a deposit on a Jayco Jay Flight 26BH TT. For our needs it is even bigger than we had wanted but it has some nice features and its simple, no slides to worry about. Did I mention that it was less expensive than many others we looked at, which has me somewhat concerned about quality of the trailer.
We are originally from Delaware and have transplanted ourselves to Florida permanently. Love it here and only want to go back north to see family and friends, and that's why we are getting this TT. We don't camp as much as we used to, but still like to go out on accessions. We live in a community that has so much to do that we find ourselves almost too busy to find time to camp. I guess that's not such a bad thing after all! We enjoy Florida, miss old friends, family and all the restaurants we used to enjoy up north.

Welcome to the forum. Don't ever get too busy to go camping. I was plenty busy last year and didn't get to take the RV out much, so the "itch" is tremendous this new season. Enjoy that Jay Flight.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the deposit on a Jayco.

We were originally from MI so, like you, have friends and family in the north. In addition, we have a fondness for 'The Mouse' so we plan to bounce between AZ & MI & FL as much as we can.

Most of us on this site think Jayco offers the 'best bang for the buck'. Plus, Jayco has a 2 yr warranty so get out and use it to iron out any problems.
