Talking New to lightly used 174BH Baja

Just bought a used 2019 Jayflight SLX 7 174BH Baja, wife has been wanting to tour the national parks and I'd like to get away from the city with our little girl.

Unit came with a load-leveling hitch, a Husky Centerline TS 32215, not entirely sure I need the load-leveling hitch to be set up for the truck. Primary tow vehicle will be a 2015 Nissan Frontier with the longer 140" wheelbase. If I tow with the '95 Impala SS even with the in-coil airbags I expect I'll need to use a load-leveling hitch. The car is body-on-frame and last of the large RWD sedans, so it's up to it, but would obviously require trailer brakes.

I'm looking forward to going through the site to learn what I need to know for use and maintenance of the trailer. Only thing I'll truly need to address immediately, it looks like whomever gooped the roof penetrations at the factory hadn't done a good job on ensuring there weren't bubbles in the goop, and a couple of those voids have ruptured near the in-shower skylight. Just based on what I've read I need to address those ASAP so that water doesn't intrude.
