The Eagle I purchased is a 2001 312 FSK. I've been looking for a TT for several months now and stumbled on this one. While it's a few years old it is in like new condition. The folks that I bought it from took really good care of it and always stored it in their barn when not using it. When I first saw it my first question was"Did you ever use it?" That's how clean this thing is.
Anyway it's said to be 32 ft but I'm not sure where Jayco takes their measurement from.If anyone can clarify this for me that would be great.
Along with the sale I received all the original documents including the sticker build sheet.
If anyone has ever owned one of these models I'd like to hear what you thought of it.
Thanks guys.
Chris

The measurement in the specs should be from hitch coupler to back bumper, which is the total length of the trailer.

That is a very similar floorplan to a Sunnybrook TT we had years back, loved the layout and space.

We had the Sunnybrook TT 9 wonderful years before buying our first Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel.

Looks like you found a great TT, enjoy.
