New To Travel Trailer

Hello from Florida. We are new to a travel trailer. We grew up tent camping moved on to a pop up, had a jayco pop up for 14 years. We loved the pop up, but got tired of setting it up all the time, so we decided to trade it in for a travel trailer. We looked at a bunch of used ones but ended up coming back to a new Jayco. We ended up buying a 2013 Jay flight Swift 267 bhs. Went camping with it last week. Absolutely loved it, being in Florida we get to use it year round. Looking forward to going camping again during Thanksgiving.

Welcome!

That model was a top contender for us when we bought ours a few months ago. I really like that floor plan! I actually kind of wish ours had 2 pass-thrus to the front bedroom. Squeezing around the end of the bed while stepping over the dog and trying not to fall on DW is a PITA in the middle of the night...

But you'll LOVE all the extra space that huge slide offers!

Cool Same here!

We also purchased a Jayco Flight 267BHS this past Spring and I am counting the days to get back into camping this coming Spring. We had not had a camper for many years but our son is a park ranger and we wanted to be able to hang out with our grandchildren at the lake in a trailer instead of renting a cabin or pitching a tent.

Wink New to travel trailers

Four weeks ago we bought a 2011 22' Jayco Jayflight. We have tent camped for as long I can remember. The camper has some bugs to be worked out with the dealer but, camping the last 3 weeks has been the best present we have given each other. We are retired and plan to go to as many of the state's as we can before old age sits in.

Does anyone know what the bumper height on a 2011 22' Jayflight should be? Ours seems to sit very high.
