New to us Jayco owners: 2007 JayFlight 31BHS

Hello all !
We picked up our used 2007 JayFlight 31BHS yesterday, got it home, started looking it over and loading our formerly tent camping gear into the storage units.

Other than a good scrubbing on the outside and some locks, latches to be replaced, it looks pretty nice, esp. inside. Hardly looks used for its age.
Hoping to get a few trial setups before winter hits here in Ohio.

We really like the 4 bunk layout for the grandkids (and whoever else comes along!). Looking forward to a lot of happy camping memories together.

Our TV is a 2016 Ram 1500 4x4, Outdoorsman pkg (3.92 limited slip rear, heavy springs, shocks) 5.7L HEMI, 20" tires. Will post some pics soon.

My hitch is a Reese Steadi-Flex 12K GTW, 1.2K TW.

Looking forward to tapping into the wealth of knowledge here.

Steve and Ellen

Welcome and hoping to hear of many great adventures.
Apologies in advance for this, don't mean to offend or cause issues. Just being a blunt Marine.
Watch your load outs and distribution of weight. Seems like an pretty large trailer for a 1/2 ton truck. Most people look at all the weight specs and forget to consider the simple physics of size and length.
