Newb from the rainy Northwest

Hey all,

As the title states, I live in the PNW, and I enjoy camping along the coastline. The only problem is that the coastline is a never ending torrent of rain for half the year. I'm currently looking at my RV options as tent camping has been a soggy experience thus far.

I don't know much about rv's, but I look forward to meeting and learning from you all!

A post that I just made in another thread about changing RV model/styles:

There are two books that I used when I decided to change from a toy hauler to a C or A.

Motorhome Comparison Guide and Travel Trailer & Fifth Wheel Comparison Guide
Both are by Randall Eaton. There is a complete and I mean complete rundown on the various brands, their company history, including all of the back story, buyouts etc. and a very in-depth write up on the pros and cons of each model, overall customer feedback, repair issues and you name it it is there. Rather than relying on a few feedback responses that you will get here, which will be biased from the point that we may have owned one or two, possibly three different RV's you get the entire industry run down in a couple of books. They are a little pricey but when you look at what is in them, it is more than worth the price of the books. They are updated yearly so the info is not old.
