If there's a leak in the roof, there's a very high probability that the water leaked down the wall. Depending how long the leak has been there, the walls could be bad and possibly the floor. If the wall construction is wood, good chance the wood is rotten.
Check for soft spots on the walls (inside cabinets) and on the floor also.
I have many friends that have done water damage repair on their trailers. It's doable, but a big job and if you're not getting the trailer for an extremely cheep price, it may not be worth it for what you'll have to do to repair the water damage. That's just my opinion.
If you have or know someone with a moisture meter, these are excellent tools to aid in identifying where water damage may be hiding.

We also bought our trailer from JohnstonRV in Rochester, NY. We've been very happy with the dealership.
They'll be having an RV show in the Greece Ridge Mall shortly, which is a lot closure for you then their dealership in Webster.
If this is your first RV, I've had friends that have bought from ColtonRV and were very happy with both their purchasing experience and ColtonRV's service.
Good luck and hope this was of some help.
