Newbie from S. TX

Hello all!

I guess I'm not technically a Jayco owner... yet.

We take delivery of our new 2014 28 BHBE this Saturday!!

Can't wait, super excited, I guess I'll get pics up sometime...

I've already found an invaluable wealth of information here, and I hope to contribute as we become more "seasoned".

You picked a great model. The shower is huge and the dinette is genius. Has a very residential feeling.

You'll love this forum. I've had 4 trailers and always learm something new.

Funny you mention the South Texas "Winters". I was just talking the the DW about how so many people put their rigs away for months at a time in the winter, when down here, that's when I want to be out!! LOL! Is there such a thing as "summerizing" your trailer? That might be more relevant for me. It's too hot to be out there in July and August!

The shower was one of the biggest selling features for us. The outlaws said "it's just a waste of space", but then they don't shower when they're out. It'll be nice to take a shower without feeling like I'm inside a garden hose!
