Newbies

Hello All! Tim and Nicky here. We are both 54 and just bought our first TT a couple of weeks ago. We had been looking for a while and decided on a 2013 White Hawk 28DSBH. We are originally from WI and have been in TX for the last 4 years. We are excited to get out and start using it. Just wanted to go through everything and see what I missed when I originally looked at it. The outdoor fridge I knew wasn’t working. Ended up being some unexpected guests that chewed up the wires, which was easy enough to fix. Did a lot more inspecting to see if they got into anything else, which I haven’t seen anything as of yet. Also found that the water heater wires to the solenoid were cut. Anyone have ideas of why someone would do that? Gas part does work.
Just got done sanitizing the fresh water tank and lines.
Hoping to get this rig out in the next couple of weeks
Looking forward to everyone’s help here for when we need it, which I’m sure will be sooner than later!

May have had an electrical problem beyond previous owner's expertise, so decided to just use it on propane.

Welcome to the JOF BTW!

Murff that’s hilarious as long as it doesn’t happen to mine! Unless I intentionally do it.
