Patrick,

I prefer to fish salt. There are so many more possibilities there. Here is a pic of my wife with her personal best Red and then another with my personal best (from the kayak) - a nice cow Mahi Mahi:

Wow! incredible, you caught those while on your kayak? Those fish must have been towing you around until you reeled them in. This makes me even more excited about ordering my new kayak. My hubby already has his, but I've been looking at a Hobie Mirage sport kayak for me, its nice because it can also be paddled with foot peddles if my arms get tired. My hubby loves fishing especially salt water. He likes to go for blues up here in New England. I can't wait for the nice weather. Come on Spring!!!

Yea, they do tow you but that is part of the fun. We call it a "sleigh ride".

I like the Blues too, but they get bigger up your way.



Google kayak fishing and you can get the scoop in your area. Of coarse take a look at our site here: www.georgiakayakfishing.com. We have a free forum too.
