Yes the backside windows are a must - almost purchased a rear bath - what a mistake that would've been.

I believe it designates the Western edition. It came from the Idaho factory rather than Indiana. There are some slight differences I believe. For instance, ours came with a 5k btu AC instead of 13,500.

I would ask the dealer
We have the 212 qb and it came with the 13,500 btu a/c
To us not needed but the unit also came with the fancy fridge 12 V and a functioning solar unit- also not of much use to us( admittedly nice when we got four days of sun in treeless Newfounland/Labrador while boondocking)
We got ours on the East Coast
In otherwords we had upgrades but we could not special order: the dealer got what he got and thought he could move

By the way adding a heater vent to the bathroom is an easy project.

We also have the 2023 SLX 212QB, First maiden voyage and it was cold in Oklahoma City. How many heat runs do you have? I only have 2 and nothing in bedroom or bathroom so it's cold in the front and warm in the rear. Is the AC a heat pump? Although it would have been too cold to run it, there is no indication on the thermostat that it has that capability. Amazing how many things you don't think of when buying a new RV!

There isnt a duct in the bath but there should be one in the bedroom. Right hand corner on the wall
Furnace and a/c are separate Thermostat should have settings for heat cool off and fan only
The bath is a little cold but we dont mind

Ditto for ours. The duct to the bedroom goes through the bathroom vanity and into the bedroom wall. I’ve thought about splicing in a bathroom duct but flow out of the bedroom duct isn’t that strong to begin with and I don’t want to “steal” more of it for the bath. If I do a good job leveling, the bathroom door can be left slightly open and the bathroom gets warmth that way.

I find just taking a shower warms it up a lot - because of the small size area. But then you can't be taking a shower throughout the day
