On board water tank

Hi we are new to owning an RV and came across a problem. When we tried filling our onboard water tank in our 2004 Jayco Greyhawk it is not filling. We have all the settings in the right position and it starts to take water but then stops. We think there may be a kink in the line but are unsure of were the tank is located in the unit. Wondering if someone could point us in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help.

Being a used MH, I wonder if the previous owner installed a shutoff valve on the overflow/vent line. Hence the tank will only take so much water before it is pressurized.

If they did add one, it is probably located under the MH. Might have to crawl around and locate it. If so, it probably is in an easy access spot.

Thank you. Nothing underneath. Would you by chance know were the tanks would be, it is an enclosed under belly.
