The stove hook ups work. So the regulator is good. Still can't light the refridgerator.heater igniter.

When you opened the tank did you just spin the valve open quickly or slowly? On newer regulators there is a valve which can trip shut if the gas is opened to quickly.

OK - so you have propane at the stove now, where it didn't sound like you did before.

When you are disconnected from Shore power ( no 110v)

do you have any lights inside the trailer? ( any DC power at all)

I have had that problem before with valves freezing. So now I always open them slowly. It seems to be working for the cook stove and grill hook ups. I would love to be able to use the refrigerator. But at least we can cook. I may have to bring it to a dealer and get that part looked at, or at least get a training session.

the fridge usually has a selector switch on it.

Electric, propane, or Auto ( electric is when connected to shore [power)

Now that propane has filled to hoses, try setting the fridge to propane only.

You should here it try to light up. May take a try or two to stay lit

same with furnace.

If you have good DC power from the battery, see if the furnace will fire up.

The fan will start first, for about 20 seconds of so before the burner will try to light

There is a selector switch. Actually there are two. It says only one can be on at a time. One is 110 one is 12V. If both are switched off, does that mean the fridge should work with gas only? It says the fridge will work with propane and 12V but only for a short time. It actually says you should only use 12V for the fridge when the truck is running.

Nope. You have to have some form of power in addition to the propane.

Select the 12v position.

It will use your battery power over a long period of time... If your towing, the battery is being charged by the tow vehicle.

For now, let's just see if you can get it to run on 12 v dc

I would also guess that some indicator light / LED should come on when you select the 12vdc power Perhaps stay lit if the fridge starts up, or will flash to indicate it failed to start.

You may have to try a few times ( mine always takes a few tries after it's been off for a while )
