Pulled the trigger- Eagle 284BHBE

Well, we starting thinking about an rv about a year ago and were overwhelmed by looking at all of what the different brands had to offer. We decided to narrow our search down to a specific brand and Jayco seemed best for us.

We did a lot of shopping and found that there were alot of features that we loved, but we couldn't find one with everything we wanted, so we ordered one. We decided on an Eagle 284BHE in Java with 15K btu upgrade, 50 amp with additional 15k a/c, Maxxis 16", Electronic Anti-Sway, and the wireless back up.

We used alot of advice in the forums throughout our buying experience and were able to use rvdirect and the rv express to work out a deal locally that was close enough in price to go with. We can't wait till the spring and our new TT!

Congrats! Just ordered our trailer 10 days ago so I understand the "can't wait" comment.

Wannabe,

Were they able to tell you how long before it would be in for you to look at?

Thanks everyone for the welcome! They just gave me the standard 6-8 weeks, which who knows with the holidays and weather... I am not as concerned with timing of delivery as I was with the specific options I wanted. We have a 4 year old and a 7 week old, and we are not opposed to camping now, we think it'll be a little bit easier for us by spring with the little one.
