Recommendation for repair of Jay Feather siding

We have a puncture through the outer skin of our Jayco travel trailer (The size of a thin screw...two guesses on how THAT happened). It is through the part that is grey in color (naturally). Does anyone have any words of wisdom on how to repair that without it looking like it's been patched?

Depending on where it is... could you seal the hole and mount something there ( a light, a speaker, even a simple hook to hang stuff on), and pretend it was there by design?

Or fill it, smooth the surface and put an opaque decal over the patch?.

If all else fails, some very careful paint matching might be your best option.

How about something like this. Looks functional, but don't really use it. Page 5 and 12 have some nice flush ones

Caulk it and put a small 1 inch stick on reflector.

OK,
How about a conversation piece. Add the below item with the label. Use double sided tape to hold it over the small hole. It would be an eye catcher! This is something I would do.

Hole in Skin

I used a small Good Sams sticker to cover a small hole on my TT or for that matter any small sticker will work.
