Roof ?

I purchased a new to me 2007 jayco 27bh last fall.
There are no signs of any problems so far, however other forums have lots of post about roof material problems. Mine according to my owners manual has the TPO roof. Any info would help .

Check the roof very carefully for any cracks in the seals.
If you find any cracks, be sure to clean them and reseal.
Clean off the roof with a good wash/conditioner such as

Regular cleaning and checking the seals will catch any problems before they become major repair bills.
