Tailer Boot

New here! Hello and looking forward to learning from you all.
Love our new Jayflight except first night, the bed broke. Learning how to fix/reinforce is what got me started here.
Health and happy trails to everyone. Thanks in advance for you insights and recommendations.

Thank you! I referenced a number of the threads and they were very helpful.
I just finished replacing mine using 1/2" Sumauma Sanded plywood and 4 2 x 2 furring strips underneath. Was able to reuse the same Master-lift gas springs and piano hinges.
Then built a frame seperating the pass thru as others have done using 2 x2s.
Will post on one of those threads.

I have yet to purchase a Jayco but have a Grey Wolf and learning to wrench your own RV is invaluable!

Do you have any pics of the bed structure?
