Thanks for the add to this forum

My wife and I are new to the Jayco forum.
We have been RV'ing now for the past seven years.
Over the course of those seven years we have been migrating to larger and more robust rigs. Current rig is a 2011 HitchHiker Champagne. This unit is great but is missing one space that we both agree is a worthy upgrade reason.

DW wants a space for sewing and we think we could enjoy having the grandkids with us more if we had that mid-bunk design.

Hence we are learning what we can about the Jayco manufacturing details, the NorthPoint [or Pinnacle] lineup, and specifically the NP 377RLBH unit.

We are likely to buy new for a few reasons, none of them financial of course.

So anyway, we are here to learn and glean from your adventures with your rigs.

My adventure with our rig is that the dealer has had it more than we. Go with a Solitude

Welcome to the forum!
We have a 2017 Northpoint 375BHFS and love it. We got it pretty much loaded up. Auto level is a must, and I am currently doing a drum to disc brake conversion. If disc brakes are an option, IMO get them. They weren't an option for us back then. We also got the Fridgidare residential fridge and absolutely love having it vs the RV fridge. We got a better deal thru our dealer getting slide toppers installed vs having them put on from the factory.
I'm sure you'll hear from others on this.
Good luck with your purchase, congrats, and welcome again!
From trolling around the forum it seems like there's more people having issues with some of the newer units, Northpoints and Pinnacles. We've had a few issues but all have been very minor.

I'll just say that our family loves our 377! We have had problems, but all the brands have issues...It just depends on when yours rolled off the assembly line! Lots of folks on here willing to help you along the way. Like the above post, I just finished installing disk brakes last weekend (haven't been out yet to test tho...maybe this weekend I'll use it as an excuse to get out of the house!). Since you probably have nothing else to do but sit at home like the rest of us, I suggest you read the following post: https://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f...lbh-32834.html

Our current issue is the bathroom sink top is coming apart. It is made with vinyl coated particle board and the vinyl is peeling. Check yours out from underneath. The particle board is coated with what appears to be melamine. It would have been cheaper for Jayco to use HDPE for the sink top.
