Smile Today's the day!

Pick up the new trailer today. I (city boy) have never camped before and the wife (small town girl) was raised camping. New experience for me. Should be fun. We take delivery of our 2014 Jayco X23B and heading out on a short trip this weekend for a few nights close to home (1 hour).

Congrats on your new X23B!!

We have a 2013 X23B and love it, I know you will too! Post or read more about hybrid trailers like yours here:

One word of advise on your first outing, especially if the dealer didn't tell you on your walk-through......

Open all windows and door, turn on exhaust fans and turn your furnace on and let it run for a few minutes. This burns off any oils, residue, etc. off the burner and won't set the smoke alarm off.

Don't ask me how I know.......

I'd congratulate you - but your probably laying down in the trailer inhaling formaldehyde.

Maiden voyage went great. Only a couple of glitches. One low point drain has a drip leak. Can't seem to stop it. Wouldn't run on batteries but doubt the inline 30 amp fuse blown.

I have had my low point drains leak and I just pulled the spigot out and put a little dish soap on the o ring and put it back in and it was quit leaking. There is a little horse shoe keeper that holds it in place. Happy camping.
