Took the plunge!
Hey fellow Jayco owners!
As of about three hours ago, I became the proud owner of a 2010 Jay Feather Sport 165. Woo, hoo!
I had been eyeballing this unit for months, but wasn't sure it was the one for me. However, after weighing all of the options (no pun intended), costs, amenities, etc, I decided on the J. The dealer, General RV in White Lake Michigan is storing it for me for a few weeks until the weather clears and the temps warm up a bit.
I guess what sold me most was reading about how much Jayco owners like the quality. In fact, I searched the Internet looking for negative reports about their products, and found nothing. Quite amazing.
I'd love to hear from fellow J owners how they like their units, esp those who might own a Feather Sport model.
It's good to become part of the Jayco family along with this website.
Thanks!
Ray

Ray,
Congrats on the new weekend/vacation home. You are in good company with the Jayco brand.
Can't wait to see your maden voyage pics.

Hi Ray, welcome to the forum. We just boought our travel trailer a week ago, had a Jayco pop-up for 6 years. As for jayco quality, it is unmatched. My parents had 2 -a 1982 pop-up then a 1987 245BH travel trailer. The travel trailer they just sold about 3 months ago. It was 23 years old and everything still worked-no leaks or anything. I think you'll have many years of service from your rig. We hope to with ours.
Good luck
Dave
