Smile Wish us luck

Our new 34RSBS is at the dealer getting de-winterized and our very first trip is in two week. Traveling from Camp Hill, Pa to the Mercer/Grove City KOA for a three-day weeking to visit friends. I think I have everything to hook it up at the campsite. Stuff for the inside, not so much. I guess my philosophy is if we don't have it, we don't need it or if we do, we can go buy it. There sure it a lot of i's to dot and t's to cross.

You got the right idea. After several years I have scaled down on carrying cargo. If I haven't used it in two years, then I don't I need to carry it. Yea, I've had to repurchase an item/tool but saving on weight is more of a concern then a tube cutter...

I'd suggest, too, you keep a list of the things you 'need' and try to get by if you can without buying stuff when you're camping. When you're home and relaxed you may think of stuff better suited for camping, not just an impulse to buy what you thought you needed because you saw it in a store that day.
