2018 Precept 31ul failure

Bought new and discovered several problems when arrived home. Windows fail to lock. Also the entry door will not lock. Took to dealer for warranty service and they say parts have been ordered. Problem is, that's two(2) months ago. Still getting what we feel is runaround. Any suggestions on who at Jayco to contact to see if they can expedite matters.

We have been unable to use it due to these problems unless we use it at our house. It is very nice yard art but that's about it.

We also have a 2018 Precept 31Ul Had the same problem with the lock . Call Bauer and they will send you a new lock. They have great customer service. Drivers window will not close also. Transfer switch is not working and Radio will not work. Where did you buy it. We went to Campers World. We have been waiting a month so far.
