Not sure, I can't see mine when viewing on mobile version, but I dont see yours on "full site" either. Strange.

The extension on the file name of your avatar pic is: .gif.jpeg.
My guess is the .gif is causing the issue.
I'd rename the file and get rid of the .gif.
Just a guess.
