Can no longer attach pictures inside a comment or reply since the upgrade.....

I found that pictures that I was able to upload prior to the upgrade no longer can be uploaded, BECAUSE the limit for the data size of the picture has been LOWERED.
Bummer... I guess I will not be uploading many pictures now, because of the hassle of downsizing them.

I think it's a forum setting..... I've tried pictures from 8K to 2MB......"Improper Format" error.....
I'd take a screen shot to show you - but I cant attach pictures

Ok not sure hardly ever use a computer any more . I just use Tapatalk on my phone and just take a picture or use one in my pictures . If I had to use the computer I would be lost ,thanks

Formatting / display looks a little different on IE9 (see snip below).....however, Windows8 / IE9 has never (and still will not) let me upload attachments from desktop or standard mode. (I had to revert back to Chrome to attach the following)...
