Can't Get Picture when posting on the Forum

I see posts on the forum and the individual posting has a picture next to their profile. I have tried everything to get my picture to show on my posts but have not had any luck. It shows in my profile but not on my posts. Any suggestions what I am don't wrong or not doing. I have included a picture of my profile showing what I want to display.

Hi - you'll need to add an avatar. There are 2 pics in your profile. A profile pic which is what you are showing in your screen shot and an avatar. Avatars are the little images that display beside your posts.
