One additional question.... Super C 's need their own section as they have different issues then Grayhawk and Melbourne.

As the Admin of a different (topic) Forum, Chatrooms are very difficult to moderate and you may find it easier to not have one. Just my 2 cents.

I agree. I've been moderating a sports board for over a decade. We tried a chat program and found it very difficult to manage.
