Geeze, no kidding. We have some neighbors down the street that haven't taken their lights down in 3 years... 80% of the bulbs are burnt out and they have one of those McDonalds garbage cans in their front yard that you usually see next to the drive through window.
Pros and Cons to not having an HOA here... (mostly pros from my perspective).
