I didn't say to all plans, I said old pricing. They have always had a $100 extra storage account that allowed 3rd party hosting, which is now back.

My old pricing was zero.. Can't find that on the Photobucket site anymore..
I started at the clickbait home page which has the words Free Account
I logged in ( I used to have an account there) and nothing is free.

There are way better photo hosting sites that ARE free.
