Change your time zone in your profile settings. ~CA

Those are controlled in your settings and you have control over them.

Click on “User CP” (User Control Panel) in the top left area of the webpage, then in the left column, under “Settings and Options”, click on “Edit Options”, and scroll down to “Date and Time“ options. Your Time Zone needs set to (GMT -5) Eastern Time. Don’t forget to set the Daylight Savings Time option as I think WV practices that the same as PA.
