Tired of having to log in constantly!
iPhone mobile site. I login, write a reply, go to post, LOGS ME IN AGAIN, reply disappears and never posts (and I guess this site does not have an auto draft were it is saved) and I start all over again. After this happening a half dozen times I finally just gave up and stopped.
Why is it logging me out to begin with just because I am writing a reply???

Sounds like the browser on your phone isn't set to store cookies. Try to find a setting and don't remove cookies.

When you log in make sure you check the box that says “remember me”.

This. By checking that box I'm logged on 24/7.

Normally that is not what that means, but I will try it and report back!
“Remember me” is when you go back to sign in, it’s already auto filled in so you don’t have to type it, but my iphone does that anyway so I didn’t bother.
“Keep me logged in” like most of the websites have is normally the option that will prevent that from happening but I don’t see as an option for this website.
So if you all are saying that “remember me”’is actually “keep me logged in” then we could have a solution!
Cookies didn’t work

Nope. Remember me does exactly what I said above, it automatically have everything filled in for me. But I has nothing to do with logging me out as before

Two Kindles, my phone and my desktop are always logged in when clicking remember me box. I never have to login when I go to this site, and I never get logged out.

If you are in mobile view, try changing to the full site view. I read that when in mobile view sometimes you will still time out and have to keep relogging on even if keep me logged in is checked. The change option for this is at the bottom of the web page on the left side.
If this doesn't work, you can change your view back to mobile by clicking on the pull-down menu on the bottom of the web page on the left side and selecting mobile.
Personally, I don't care for the mobile view on JOF because you don't have all the functionality and features as you do in full site.

do you ever log out of the forum? If you don't log out you won't have to log in.
