Unsubscribe?

I cant seem to find out how to unsubscribe to the many messages I get every day. I want to remain active on the forum, but I get far too many messages between this site and others.
Again, I want to remain active on the forum. Please help?

Open the thread that you want to unsubscribe from and click on the the tab that says "thread tools". In that menu, there should be an "unsubscribe" button.

If you would like to subscribe again to that thread, simply post in it again or click the "subscribe" button in the thread tools menu.

Under USER CP, left hand side of the menu, Settings & Options, Edit Options, Messaging & Options, Default Thread Subscription Mode, change to weekly.
