I had the dB errors also, but mostly "site not available" messages

OK, so the system was down for a while. I had the problem getting on at all, but I don't think that is justification for bad mouthing the staff that runs the system.
Lighten up, OK?

No "bad mouthing" intended!!!
I spent over 20 years in IT/IS... you needed to have a sense of humor or you would have gone crazy.. we would dish it out as fast as we got razzed. Just part of the job! Especially Monday mornings, at around 2AM, when when the calls would come in (at home) after a 17 hour week-end software update that decided to go south, still had a sense of humor.

Sorry about the connection issues over the weekend. We've had a server that decided to act up over the holiday weekend and that was the cause of the issues. They are mostly resolved now and hopefully this is the end of the inconvenience.

Maybe staff ought to post to let us know when issues were impacting access. Get out ahead of the game. Not for ever burp but for significant issues like this one.

Thanks for the update Janet. My issues were at the end of last week and I have not had any since Saturday.

Thanks for the clarification. (I didn't read all the way to the end. My bad.)

And in the future if there are forum issues consider the "contact us" at the bottom of the page. That reports directly to admin while it may take them a few days to see a thread like this within the forum.
