They aren’t “Mechanics” anymore, they are “Service Technicians”.

NOT everything is righty-tighty..lefty loosey. The old Festiva rear hubs had left and right threads. Techs would cross thread them all the time.

When I was a kid, it used to drive my Daddy nuts when I would have to stop and think fr a second which way to turn things. I still do it over 60 years later.

Brings back memories from when I was doing training for my marine service tickets.
All the brand specific training courses were only a week long, so the comment was

"On Monday I could not spell Mechanic on Friday I are one"
