Exercise

"Exercise" is such a dirty word that I have to wash my mouth out with chocolate.

We wash our mouths out with dark chocolate, it's better for you. Even better if you wash it down with a nice glass of Cabernet. Lots of exercise opening a bottle of wine.

Not to mention the exercise in raising the glass to your lips and the heavier exercise raising the bottle to the glass. Dang we might have to produce a workout video of this..

We should because it's a very tiring workout, but somehow we manage to get through it....Most every night!
