This is a story which is perfectly logical to all males:

A wife asks her husband,
"Could you please go shopping for me and buy one carton of milk, And if they
have eggs, get 6."
A short time later the husband comes back with 6 cartons of milk.
The wife asks him, "Why did you buy 6 cartons of milk?"
He replied, "They had eggs."

Speaking of wives, somewhere I heard that a lady decided to host a white elephant party, and asked her guests to bring something that they no longer needed, but was too good to throw away. Of the 19 women that attended, 11 brought their husbands.

I actually had to re-read it. My mind assumed the joke was heading in another direction. So as my son walks through the room, he also wound up rereading it. Then DH wants to know what we are laughing at as he enters the room... he didn't get why the laughter until he wound up rereading it! LOL

Funny no matter who you are how the brain can occasionally fail to 'see outside the box' LOL
