Most people are so oblivious they don’t have a clue, I’m guessing he didn’t even know that the tire was gone. I followed a guy last year over 5 miles trying to get his attention, finally passed him it stop and go traffic and slowed down in traffic jumped out and told him he had a flat tire for the last 5 miles. He didn’t believe me, refused to even get out and look...

I would wager that its a seasonal site and the owner of the RV is delinquent on his rent or maybe ill or has passed away. Could be the park manager towing it off the site.

The shredded awning might have been attached to an "add a room" and was damaged when it was disassembled.
