Well I think I see the problem. The pin is too far back. If he was smart he would use the luggage rack on the top and move the pin over the rear axle. I believe there is enough clearance.

But there's something else -

I see an electrical cable coming down from the roof and entering the trailer. I'll bet that is one of those government project "Green Jobs"- there must be solar panels feeding into the trailer. With the technical expertise of government, there could even be an electric drive motor on the trailer axle. Your tax dollars at work!

I have seen that photo before and my questions are:
1) What about the "Turn Ratio"? Can that really make ANY turn what.so.ever?
2) I know this is something that can not be true, but there are others that will tell you that it will work for their needs.
3) Why would anyone even think this is something that is SAFE? I do not care who you are, looking at this set up, it will tell you that you can not make it across the street much less across town. The front wheels are barely touching the ground!

I laugh because it could be made up. photo cropped or even someone who thought this is "Funny". It's always good to bring humor in to our threads!
Thanks for the thread!!

If there was a more reasonable way to tow a 5'er with an SUV I can assure you I'd do it. I would love to be able to have a RECON, but since we have 6 kids, need to use an Excursion TV.

I'll bet that is about as far up that hill as it's going to make it.

This and another like it has been around for a while.
